Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Some products, like natural wood, feature color and patterns specific to the wood. If you would like to preview the specific piece of wood before any engraving job, please contact us for a custom order.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

If you log into your account, you can view current and past orders.

Can I return an item?

As custom jobs are unique to the recipient, items are not returnable. However, if you are unhappy with your item I promise to do everything possible to make it right. 

What does this actually mean? Once we discuss the issue, this might be re-engraving the item or replacing the item. 

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

This depends on the item. If you have a specific item your interested in, reach out to me and I'll see what we can do to get it in stock.

Where can I ship my order?

Items must be shipped to the billing address of your account. I'd like to support custom addresses, but there is just too much fraud online to make this possible.
